Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means if you change your mind once you receive your item then you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After requesting your return you will have a further 14 days to ship your return item to either Maleny, QLD, Australia or Copenhagen, Denmark (depending on your preference).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your item is in the same condition as you received it then your return will be accepted.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address at your cost: Maleny, QLD, Australia or Copenhagen, Denmark depending on your preference. During the return process we will confirm the final address to send your package.

Example Timeline
You receive your product on the 12th of January.
On the 16th of January (within 14 days of receipt) you send an email to info@mindfuldesigns.com.au that you would like to return your item to Maleny, QLD, Australia and it is unused in its original condition.
Mindful Designs replies on on the 18th of January accepting the return and providing the final shipping address.
On the 20th of January you send your item to Mindful Designs.
On the 25th of January Mindful Designs receives your item and checks it is in the original condition and confirms your refund. You will then receive your refund in your account within 10 business days from the 25th of January.
On the 30th of January your funds are received in your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This will take 2-3 business days from when we receive your returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
